Return Policy

We want you to love your Shank Shop Products as much as we do! However, as a small business, please

understand that we cannot process refunds or returns custom products, such as custom painted items, or items in which a name or design has been added.

Returns and Exchanges are allowed in our shop up to 15 days after items is purchased, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

if you need to cancel an order please let us know ASAP as we ship items the next day they are purchased

Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to appear in costumers account after the item is received at our shop.
